Assuming that the winning outcome could be garenteed,what bet type would yeild the largest payout?and 2 could this be increased if the bookmaker in question would be prepared to lay off part of the bet with other cooperative bookmakers?

Q Would this last last part...2 Be realistic to expect/arrange,and what to anyones knowledge is the largest payout to date?

3 Can anyone tell me if any other bet type pays out potentially more than a national lottery?

none-  everyone would bet that horse and that would take the odds down to even money
