Q- How effective is Lever Ayush (Ayurveda Treatment Center) for treating Arthetis?

The Doctor there has asked for massage for 14 days which is very expensive. I am in doubt whether it is worth going for it or not?

I'm not familiar with Ayruvedic Medicine.

But I have some knowledge of what works for arthitis, you did not specify whether you are concerned with Rheumatoid Arthitis or {osteo} Arthitis.

Nonetheless, in both cases, i recommend you take a supplement called MicroLactin, it is more effective than glucosamine, and reduces inflammation significantly, thus less pain.

Start juicing, look into Gerson Therapy. Norwalk Juicer is the best in the world, but very expensive. Any juicer will do, but the Norwalk juicer is used in Gerson Therapy Approved Hospitals/clinics

Drink Alkali water, buy a Regency Elite machine from resonantlight.com, or add 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate {baking soda} to every litre of purified water that you drink. This will prevent inflammation, and rebalance the body pH, to a natual slightly alkali state, pH7.35 - 7.45.
