Q: What I have to do become a Solar Engineer or something like Solar Dealer ?

Well I really need an answer to this........ If some from middle east and areas like India and the sub-continent wants to become an engineer in this field or else wants to deal in this field, then what he has to do ???? what are the qualifications required??? where should he study ??? what should he study ???? etc etc......... I want the complete details please...... anyone can help out I would be really greatfull............ thanks
