Q about a truck game online?

ok i download a game called "18 wheels of steel american long haul" i bought the cd i installed it but when i launched it it said the graphics dont work what do i do to make it work

well elvis the reason why it did this is cause the pc game is not compatible with your computer all ways look on the side of the box in it will explain to you the requirements of your game which is either a windows xp are vista      :)ava06
