Q about my airsoft gun?

well i just got my electric airsoft gun and i am wondering if i leave the battery in the gun but i don't shoot will the battery be wasted? or will the battery only be using up as long as i shoot the gun?

All rechargeable batteries will slowly discharge over time (usually in terms of weeks). The discharge rate will depend on the battery type NiCD, NiMH, LiON, etc. The rate is also affected by the temperature at which the batteries are stored with cooler storage temperatures leading to slower discharge rate and longer battery life. NiMH usually have the fastest natural discharge rates.

If you battery has been sitting around for a few days you'll be ok (unless you really drained it in your last Skirmish).  After a week or two, you may need to throw it on the charger.
