  1. Its best to take him to a dog groomer every 2-3 months for a trim and to keep his coat in good condition! They can also cut his nails and generally keep him in better state!

  2. Take him to a groomer and they will trim him for you.

  3. Bring him to a local dog groomers and if there are none nearby a hairdressers amy cut your little dogs fur!

Until then you can put the fur above his head into a scrunchy! I know it may look girlie but its only for the time being!

  4. I had this same problem with my chihuahua/terrier mix. I made the mistake of trying to cut the hair around her face myself. Not a good idea. I agree with taking him to a groomer. Normally it costs around $30, depending on what all you would like them to do.

  5. I would take him to a local groomer. They can do a BGT (bath. Groom, and tidy). What they would do is bath and dry him.  Do his nails, clean his ears. The would always scissor around his feet and legs. Scissor around his face and eyes. Then brush out his body and scissor any long bits to make him look nice and neat. Or you can get his body fully clip.
