India - acute powerty, smelly roads, major smog, lack of cleanliness, lack of jobs and decent jobs. lack of good government programs to aid and uplift the public. definately boiling hot specially in summers.

Scotland, Switzerland - powerty level very low. many government programs for the entire public not just the needy.  clean and prosperous roads and hyways, etc.  very low low smog, breathtaking views throughout not just specific tiny hill areas.
