Definitely it is. When you see a girl out and she knows she looks good...and thinks it...it drives us wild. The thing about that is....a girl still has to be humble. When a girl is just overly into herself that a bit much!

No I find that an out-going personnality is first, self confidence follows around #4 sorry IQ, and inner-personnality beat it out.
