QUESTION about viewing pics on a cd?

I have a cd of MRI pictures i want to view on my computer. i put the cd in and nothing happens. I want to open it and view the images, is there a way to do this? My boss could do it at his office but nothing happens in my computer, I have windows xp, but i want to "open with" or downlaod the pics to my computer. please help

  1. place the CD into the machine,click on "my computer" icon on desktop.....on the box which appears double click on the drive letter of the CD....this should bring up the picture icons for you...to save to your computer ..right click each icon and on drop down click send to....pick send to your documents


  2. Sometimes the auto open doesn't work. Go to the start menu and either My Computer (XP) or Computer (Vista). Open the CD drive and view or move the pictures.

  3. place cd in drive,

    right click "my computer" explore

    select cd rom drive e:\ ,

    view files to verify list,

    select all , and copy to new folder  in my pictures folder,

    ~then view and compare with cd,

    check later for why cd is not recognized by computer, may not have  been burned/copy correctly, causing error,

    ..
