Ok i have flat feet and i was wondering if i buy some inserts for shoes and cut off the arch support part and taped it to my foot/sock would my foot adjust to it and get an arch??? Or at lest improve what i got.

  4. go to a podiatrist...if you want serious arch supports they make a mold of your feet and custom make them...yes arch supports can improve your flat feet, and will prevent you from getting injury so easily...

    i have extremelly flat feet, and i broke both of my heels because of them...don&#039;t wait to get arch supports, they make a difference

  6. I didn&#039;t have an arch for a long time and when I began to wear K Swiss I develop one.  Try KSwiss and they have some really nice looking.  And this sounds more comfortable than walking on that insert all day
