  1. WEEEEEEEAAK!!!!!

My coach isn't even mad at us and we have to run hill sprints for 3 hours EVERYDAY (Not including the drills and ab/strength excercises)... oh yeah i forgot. i play a real sport not a hobby lol MY BAD!

  2. You guys are lucky. My coach threatened to take my life if i couldnt learn to fly in 24 hours. I have 10 hours and 13 minutes left. Shlt.

  3. F that.. I am in the Army... And they do something similar.. but there are limitations to that. I would throw him the bird.. I think a general rule of thumb should be, a coach shouldn't make you do what they can't do.

  4. Yes I have. I remember this last year of basketball, when we lost to our school rival because we had a disastrious performance he made us go straight up to the track after the game and run five miles each.

I honestly enjoy coaches like this. I for one get to show that I am completely dedicated to the coaches strategy, wether I agree with it or not. I always do everything I'm asked and try to give more effort than anyone else.

Some people hate it, but honestly I think things like this are the best way for a coach to make you respect him. In sports history the best coaches are always the ones who expect 110% out of you and are not nice. It makes players more dedicated and motivated to perform and helps weed out those whose hearts aren't in it.

  5. Most athlete's have had a coach like this, it's the really good ones that actually do the runs with you that you'll respect.  Just know that 1) you're getting fitter and 2) you'll be less inclined to lose next time.
