I am going on a diet for 10 days of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats ONLY. NO dairy products, breads, pastas, etc. What are some good meal ideas for breakfast lunch, and dinner following that plan?

  1. i followed the Adkins diet a few years ago.

    For breakfast:  I would have eggs and bacon or sausage.

    lunch: big salad with chicken or beef

    dinner: Chicken or beef with cheese and salsa on top.  


  2. eggs and cheese.  just about any veggie except potatoes.

  3. Oat, whole wheat with soy milk (if you don't want dairy) for breakfast.  Lunch grill fish with your choice of veggies.  Same thing for dinner, lean meat & veggies.  No pork though, high in fat.

  4. Breakfast: Fresh Cantaloupe filled with blueberries, or 1/2 Grapefruit w/Black Coffee

    Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast w/Steamed Broccoli or Tuna Salad on a bed of leafy greens or Spinach Salad

    Dinner: Baked Tilapia with Snow Pea Pods on the side or Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Steamed Green Beans or Chef Salad

  5. breakfast: a plate of fresh fruits of your choice and a cup of homemode fruit-and-orange juice-only smoothie

    Lunch-chicken breast with stirr-fried vegetables (mango salsa is good with that)

    Dinner: i would choose carefully....baked vegetables...like sweet potatoe chopped up into finger-long fries...then drizzled in olive oil w/ salt and pepper...then baked with zuicchinie....NO POTATOES! then, with baked fish......

  6. My ideas are for breakfast only, fruit salad, fruit smoothie using water and a protein mix.
