QUICKEST way to loose weight gotta lose10-16 lbs. in a short amount of time?

i have a large bone structure i know that sounds like an excuse for bein bulky but my coach and doc says so too lots of muscle im a cheerleader and in they pyramid im always the base cuz im stronger than the other girls im playin in the foootball bowl game in orlando on jan 1st halftime show as a cheerleader if that helps
