Put edge of cap on a counter corner (or any corner) and hit down on the top with palm of your hand.

Put the edge of the bottle cap on the edge of a hard surface like a table or something and then hit the top of it with your hand. A knife might work.

my teeth work fine as a bottle opener. The edge of a counter also serves excellently.

u could used the edge of a table. put the lip of the bottle top on it and smack the top. not the best way but it works

A sturdy pocket knife wedged under the lip works well for me.

i know your asking how to open a beer WITHOUT the opener, perhaps it just isn't convenient to go get one, but just so you know, you can buy an opener for less than a dollar.  I would use the butt of a lighter....also can openers (not electric) often have a bottle opener on them
