  1. He wanted to fight Along side Hindus With Muslims  HAHAHAHAHA

  2. Dear asker, you should know that we are Ahmadi Muslims.

Hazrat Isa (as) did go on the cross but the Qur'an makes clear he did not die on the cross.

You answered your own question.  The last tribe of Israel was the tribe of Kash.  They had settled in what is now known as Kashmir.

That is where he died a natural death as the Qur'an says.  His tomb is there to this very day. (www.tombofjesus.com)

I doubt Isa (as) changed his name but in different languages, people have different names.  Isa, Jesus, Yeshua are examples.

Yus Asaf literally means Jesus the Gatherer.  I.e. Gatherer of the lost tribes of Israel.

Hazrat Ahmad (as) explains this in extreme detail in his book, "Jesus in India."  It can be read at the link below.

    EDIT:

@Asker - You're right, it is totally unrealistic that Hazrat Isa (as) could have learned another language.  Him physically defying All logic and the Qur'an and the Hadeeth and ascending to heaven is much more believable.  I'm being real my friend, but you're just looking for excuses now.  Allah guide all of us.

    EDIT:

@Asker - Ah! See now these are some good questions!!  Hazrat Isa (as) did very thoroughly preach to the 2 tribes that were in Israel.  Both, as history tells us, rejected him.  As the Qur'an tells us, he was a Messenger to the Children of Israel.  There were 10 other tribes scattered about the East and he had to preach to them as well.  This is why he left after they tried to kill him.  Did the Prophet (sa) not leave Mecca when they tried to kill him?  The only difference with Isa (as) is that he did not come back.  He preached to the other 10 tribes and as evidence, those tribes are now Muslim.  The accepted Isa (as), became reformed, and when the message of Islam came to them, it made perfect sense for them to accept it because as we both agree, Isa (as) told them of the coming of Muhammad (sa).  The Kashmiri Muslims to this day trace their roots back to Judaism.

If Isa (as) somehow ascended, then he did not fulfill his mission of preaching to the Lost Tribes.  Allah had promised all the Jews a Messiah, and for those 10 tribes, the Messiah never came.  Also, as the Qur'an testifies, while Isa was among them, he taught them Unity of Allah, but after Allah caused him to die (mautawafeeka), then Allah was the watcher over them.  The Prophet (sa) himself says that on the day of judgment I too will say, like Jesus said, to Allah that I taught the Muslims truth while I was among them but since Allah caused me to die, He was the watcher over them.

    EDIT:

    @Asker

Yeah actually the proof is not only in the Qur'an, but also in Buddhist scripturse, and in the histories of the Kashmiri people.

I'm saying what the Qur'an is.  That while Jesus was alive, he taught them the truth, and when Allah caused him to die, he doesn't know what they did.  Why is that confusing?

Yes, it did bother him that 10 other tribes had not been preached to, and hence why he headed east in search of them, and did find them.  Why is it hard to believe that a Prophet was guided by Allah on where to go?

So what if they were monotheists?  I'm not arguing that.  I'm saying that Allah promised them a Messiah, and Isa (as) was that Messiah.

love for all, hatred for none

  3. I'm not a Qadiyani but there is a tomb in Kashmir that a lot of Hindus, Buddhists and Kashmiri Muslims believe is the tomb of Jesus.

Buddhists claim that a guy named Jesus who came from the West went there and learned Buddhism, then left and came back, something like that. It's been a while since I read about it. But Muslims in Kashmir make pilgramages to it.

  4. Jesus was crucified at a place called Golgotha in the middle East.  No where in Kashmir.  He did not travel outside of that area in his 3 short years of preaching.

  5. Good point there

  6. Mirza? No big deal.

Does it cause any surprise at all?
