Qatar(Dubai) design construction career?

I have a contact from a Qatar's developer, I have question...

1, how to show my offer? salary package? so we both feel a fair deal?

2, they are looking for partnership, but I have no capital, they want me to build team, so the offer should be bigger, base salary with profit sharing will be better? percentage of commission?

3, should I ask for free air ticket and accommodation for interview?

4, visa or work permit information?

5, it is not liberal as western country, correct? foods not much varieties? NO entertainment?

6, also looking for career in Dubai, can you send me link?

Dear

If they are looking for a partnership (as you dont have capital to invest, it will be a working partnership only), you can ask for a Basic Salary + Profit Share. The Profit share may depends on the investment (total) and your contribution (working) share to the entire business.

Ofcourse you may ask for free ticket and accomodation for interview.

Visa should be provided by them only (local sponsor is a must for visa)

Not that much liberal as western country, but you may able to find entertainments and other activities there. You can have lots of variety of foods there (from Arabic, Chinese, Continental, Indian, Pakistani, etc etc...)

For a salary package and your offer for them, the decision from your side only, and it depends on the investment method, nature of business, your profession and designation, if partnership then your stand, etc in that business.

For Dubai Jobs... You can have many job sites to register and search... You can check the previous answers for a list of job sites...
