Qestion about wifi adapter?

i have wifi on my laptop but there is no connection where i live so if i buy a wifi adapter still that help get connection

I'm not sure I understand your question...

But, if you have no internet connection where you live, buying any type of wifi adapter will not solve your issue.

You can get a cellular wireless card to connect..

For a WIFI adapter to connect to the Internet, you must have an internet connection, and a Wireless Access Point (WAP) in order to connect. Also, you only have a limited distance from the access point before losing signal.

wifi is used to connect to a wireless router which you have to buy yourself like Linksys or Netgear routers which you attach to your modem

Search for a site with your laptop that broadcasts without encryption, or find a friend with a similar WiFi connection.

If you can't find a hotspot to connect to then you need a cable line and a wifi router to get yourself a wi-fi connection for your laptop
