Hi there, I have a brand new Qosmio G40 10S Laptop running Vista Premium. My problem (and that of many other users) is that when playing a DVD (using WMP or Toshibas HD Player), the maximium volume available is well short of that capable of the machine when playing a CD or MP3 for example.I cannot find anyway or 'ramping-up' the volume as the 'Advanced' tabs on WMP Properties is unavailable and there don't seem to be any adjustable Properties on the Realtek sound card or Speaker side of things. In XP, you could get in and tweak the settings - doesn't appear to be so with Vista!Am I missing something and any help would be massively appreciated. Many thanks.JHL
