okay so the quote is

"You will never understand my words... If you can never understand my silence."

so like does anybody know the original person who said or wrote this. and like what does it mean. plez if anyone can help that would be amazing. thank you

my guess is

it means

if you cant see hall he acts or hear what he says

you dont know him / eny thing about him

I have no idea who said it.  Have you tried googling the quote?

I would think it is expressing the same idea as the old saying that "actions speak louder than words."
