Click on Start>>All Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>Disk Cleanup>>choose Disk C and clear all unnecessary suggested files later by Disk Clean up and after that re-boot your computer it will be fine.

2 step remove some of your program files and transfer them to Disk D, the more you run soft wares on C drive it will make your computer slow due to low ram memory so try to install all new software's in D drive
