  1. Other than the fact that this is the cycling section.

You are not allowed to ride it on the road without the usual MOT, Road Tax, Reg Plate.

YOUR 13 yr old will not be legal to ride it in any event, since it is a motorized vehicle.  Not sure if classed as a motorcyle or a small car, due to the amount of wheels.  If a motorcyle, then engine size will have an impact upon the age that your daughter can ride, having completed a cbt.  However, if she really wants to get onto the road on one of those things, then she will be limited to 50cc when she is old enough and 125cc after that.  She will not be able to do a direct access until she is 21.

Off road.  Easy, just get the landowners permision and you can ride until your heart is content.  I would, however, consider joining a club or organisation.  Farmers are allowed to ride quads without licences etc, because it is on their land.  However, as soon as they want to take it onto a road....

Buying them.  There is a KTM dealers in Leicester that you could try, but failing that, go to your local motorcyle shop and ask in there.  They will also have info about local clubs etc.

As a final word.  I can not stress strongly enough the need to do this via a club or organization.  However, I can not understand your sanity in wanting to put a teanager onto a motorized vehicle onto our roads.  Are you crazy?

    Luck
