   6x^2 - 3x + 2x +1 =0

   3x(2x-1) + 1 (2x-1) =0

  (3x-1) ( 2x-1) =0

   x=  1/3 , 1/2

2)  3x^2 + 8x - 3=0

    3x^2 +9x - x -3=0

    3x(x+3) -1(x+3)=0

    (3x-1)  (x+3) =0

   x=  1/3 , -3

3)  14x^2 +3x -5=0

      14x^2  +   10x - 7x -5 =0

      2x( 7x+5)  -1(7x+5)=0

      (2x-1) (7x+5) =0

   x=   1/2 , -5/7

4)  10x^2 +11x -6 =0

    10x^2 + 15x - 4x -6=0

     5x(2x + 3)  -2( 2x+3) =0

   ( 5x-2) (2x+3) =0

    x=  2/5 ,  -3/2

5)  12x^2 + 7x -10=0

    12x^2 + 15x -8x -10 ==0

   3x(4x+5)  -2(4x+5) =0

   (3x-2) ( 4x+5) =0

    x=  2/3 ,  -5/4
