Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2010-11: Runs-feast at Abbottabad as Karachi Whites and home team play a draw
There was a runs-feast at Abbottabad Cricket Stadium as Karachi Whites and Abbottabad played a draw in the 9th round of Quaid e Azam Trophy 2010-11 Division Two. Both Karachi Whites and Abbottabad have done exceedingly well in the current season
as they are tied at number 3 with 39 points each. However, Karachi Whites holds the advantage as it has one more match to play. But one should praise the Abbottabad team as it does not have any big names representing it like Karachi Whites and some of the
other teams in Division Two.
Abbottabad won the toss and decided to field first assuming that its bowlers would make best use of the cloudy conditions of Abbottabad. That was not the case as Karachi Whites applied themselves and displayed its experience by piling up 583 runs for the
