Quail hatching Problems?

Hey well the Quial hatch all nice and good and in the drying process they end up dying is there anything i can do cause this has been the 3rd one in a row that has died.

Are the eggs in the cage?

they probably wouldn't die if they were brought up in an incubator.

Or if you put them into a brooder they should be warm enough to dry off.
