Quaker Oats. Can It be fed to my Robo Dwarf Hamster?

I have a robo dwarf hamster and I just bought quakers oats. And I though if I can feed it to my robo dwarf hamster, Wilson or Lil Ammo. Also, if you got a list of food not to give and food only should be given as treat, and then foods that can cause diabeties. That would be awesome.

Yep, oats are perfectly good for your hamster.

They're a nice supplement to their regular diet.
