Qualification and Experience which one is more important?

Question

I have a friend, for the sake of not being bullied by others, study for the sake of climbing higher. So if you are not that highly educated, just normal level somewhere in the middle, can i say it is useless even if you already gained experience? ( for situation in places like singapore )

Well experience and education are both important. If you have good education and work experience or viceversa its a bingo!!!

Though I personally belief that first get the normal eductaion then get some experience and with time one can further improve his/her knowledge. In this manner its a win win situation. Also, education and knowledge is required every now & then since technolgy is changing day by day and its better to be updated with the world.
