To add to what the other posters wrote, it will also depend on which school you attend in either country.

Probably France, but only by very little.

The correlation between doing good in school and being a good practitioner is like .65 for France and .60 for canada, which is good, especially considering the US does not have a statistically significant correlation between doing good in school and being a good practitioner.

Just don't go to any schools bordering the US as they tend to use the US system.

Of course, those schools tend to be considered more difficult, as unlike American schools, only tests are taken into consideration, not homework assignments and attendance, which is in my opinion a dumb high school practice that has no place in the University level.

That is why I want to study in Ireland... too bad I cant afford it. haha.
