Quality seems to be a thing that everyone is interested in. We frequently hear references like quality of education, quality of the bus service, quality of a certain management, quality of facilitators, quality of students, quality of the workplace, and many others, too numerous to list here.

Some say that quality is a cognitively processed expression by individuals. Is that what it is? Explore
