Quantum theory quote.?

I'm told that a respected scientist once said, "If you think you understand quantum theory, THEN YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND QUANTUM THEORY."

Can anyone give this quote any provenance?

Oh most definitely true. Start reading a bit on quantum, the more you read on it, the weirder it seems to get. There are some cool videos on youtube that will give you a taste of how weird it gets. It was Richard Feynman who said it. It may have been a bit of typical self-deprecating humour, as Feynman probably understood quantum theory better than anyone else.

How about 'If you are not completely confused by quantum mechanics, you do not understand it.' John Wheeler. I think Richard Dawkins said "If you think you understand Quantum theory, then you don't understand Quantum theory". I see some sources say it was Richard Feynman. However I have Richard Feynman as saying 'It is safe to say that nobody understands quantum mechanics.'
