Well, you guys don't know me, but I need some help with ideas! I never know what to say on these things. I have a report that I have to type up, explaining why i'm a good employee, etc...I work for the largest insurer in the nation. Can ya'll help me come up with some answers for the following questions? Thanks!!

1-Tell me what you have done to create a cohesive, collaborative work environment? If no answer, n/a.

2-Share specific examples of how or when you created a positive customer experience.

3-What have you done to enhance your development in the last 6 months?

4-Give me specific examples of ways you have worked more efficiently, reduced expenses, or contributed to increasing our market share.

Thanks!

  1. Your right I really don't know you though your on my contact list. The only helpful thing I can suggest is. Calling friends and family that you've sold insurance to. They would be more helpful then strangers on the internet that don't know you.

  2. So you work for St. Farm, but you didn't tell us in what role. If we  knew what job title you have maybe we could give you some BS to answer these questions for the worthless, time-wasting, won't do you any good anyway review.

I used to work for insurance companies as both an adjuster (including at SF) and manager. After seeing these reviews from both sides of the desk they are a total waste and nothing more than a game the HR dept developed to justify their existence.

Let us know what your job is and maybe you'll get a more helpful answer than my little rant.

    Good Luck

  3. If you don't know what you have done in the last quarter how can you expect us to know?
