Quasar- Model# SP3219U Television 32"

Question

TV about 11 years old. May not be worth the repair!
Also, are the parts available for repair?

When volume is increased the picture jumps.
Also jumps when you tap the side of tv.

2nd Problem- picture goes in from both sides(vertical)
haven't had a full screen in a while.

Other than that, great picture, good color.
