it really depends on how good they did, like was he rude or friendly?, did they give you the right food or not?, these are the things it depends on.

either 15-20% of the total or $2-3.00 per pizza. If it's bad weather though, give way more because it's tough driving in snow and they usually don't get reimbursed for gas.
