Quck easy thigh and butt excersizes??

i need to tone my thighs and butt what are some easy quick exercises to do that have quick results??

  1. Stand in front a wall and push your palms again it.

    Step up on your tippy toes and then come down.

    Repeat this for 3 sets of 10.

    Then back up and lunge one leg forward and stay down for 10 seconds then switch legs and do it 9 more times for each leg.

    Next go down on hands and knees and take a 5 pound weight and grasp it with the back of your thigh and calf, and lift your leg up and down until you can really feel it in your butt. Switch sides and keep repeating.

    be consistent and dont forget to stretch before and after your work out.
