I have two Que!M3 hard drives with 120 and 250 GB capacity that won't start. The green light on the transformers is lit, but the drives are silent -- don't spin up and don't mount. I've only used them on Macs, but not for several OS X generations. Now I think there are some files I need on one or both drives.
