  1. BRING IT!!!!!!

  2. School kids own laptops these days?!?

Gee, things sure have changed a lot since I was at school, lol!

As far as your question is concerned - personally, I would leave the laptop at home if I were you.

What if something happens to it - gets dropped on the ground and breaks or if one of your friends damages it by being careless, etc?

Talking with your school friends, playing card games or any other kind of game and napping also might keep you occupied for a few hours - why not?

Looking out the window and admiring the Canadian landscape wouldn't be such a bad idea either!

Good luck to you and enjoy your long trip!

P.S. Which part of the country will you be traveling from by the way - if you don't mind me asking?

  3. I live in Quebec, and guess what ...we have laptops here too!!  Yours has as much value as the next guys,  if you leave it unattended I'm sure someone would steal it, but if you take care of it (as you would at home,) then you will have no problem.

  4. if you mean Quebec Canada ask them to take you to Aurore Gagnon's house. (take the laptop 10hrs is a long time.or maybe you can take something less expensive.like cards or a board game)

  5. Take into account ... It's Canada. I'm not saying there isn't any crime here, but from what it sounds like your coming from, your always on gaurd where you are. And ehm besides, wouldn't you  only use your laptop on a bus? It's not like someone is gonna hold you at knifepoint whilst on the bus demanding you to hand over your laptop. And, if your walking along the streets .. it's pretty difficult to pick-pocket a laptop. If your staying in a hotel, I think the hotels are pretty safe. Unlike when my sister went to New York and had her money taken out of her hotel. There is sometimes safes within the room or something of the like. Keep it in your suitcase with a lock on it or something. Also, depends on where your going in Québec... Only place with the most threat is Montreal. But really I wouldn't be worried. Also SLEEP. You'll get bored of your laptop in 2 hours anyways.
