Hugely! She's seen 11 British Prime Minsters and has been a constant through political change in the UK. She has excellent relations with foreign leaders and is well respected worldwide. Even in terms of the impact on British entertainment, her children and grandchildren have filled many a page in British newspapers (and worldwide). She's also patron to countless charities and manages to fit in more than 400 duties every year (more than one a day). All this from an 81 year old woman. Quite impressive, no?
