Queensland Univeristy of Technology: Study Abroad?

Question

Hi there, I am thinking about attending QUT as an international study abroad student from the USA. I know its a good school with good rankings, etc. And I have already decided that I want to go to Brisbane, but...

I was just wondering if anyone here has actually went there as an abroad student and if they have good social services and whatnot in helping a new student meet people, get acquainted with the city, etc.

I'm not too sure about international students, but for domestic students the QUT is excellent.  Email the uni and ask about their international student division.  You'll have a wonderful time here in Brisbane, yesterday the temperature was 82 degrees, it was a fantastic day.  Good luck.
