Queretaro, Mexico ~ herbal products...?

I shall continue with my questions on Queretaro. I am wondering who has been to the local stores or the stores who sell "American" Products. I'm a bit concerned as I want to be able to purchase my herbal remidies etc. Also my health shakes.
