Query about ticketmaster alerts?

Question

hiya on ticket master when you suscribe for alerts how long in advance do they tell you when an artist/group is performing?

and do they notify you of what time the tickets will go on sale?

i would b really grateful if you could reply thanks

I usually get alerts for a show after I have bought the tickets for said show in a presale, which is usually the only way to get decent seats.  So I wouldn't rely too heavily on the alerts.Your local radio station should keep you up to date
