I got to read this site for all the latest updates on questnet or goldquest. Looks like they are in deep trouble and their offices haven't been opened since the police rided their offices 3 months back. You can take a look at that site here

Network Marketing or Referral Marketing is the future. The losers in the process is the Media because the Media survives on Advertisment and Referral Marketing does not depend on Advertisement to promote its business. QuestNet's parent Gold Quest's Special Leave Petition has been admitted by The Supreme Court of India. The police action has been stayed by the Supreme Court. The TN and AP Police have picked up the Tiger's tail. It is their funeral as to how they will come out of the situation. The Company will overcome the challenge soon in a legal way. The Company is known for meeting all tax obligations on time; they are adamantly clean; this does not go well with the corrupt system and the people manning such a system. They have all joined togather and trying to damage the reputation of a law abiding company. Justice will prevail.

Go through user comments as well. You will understand how badly the business model is flawed. This is not any less than a scam or fraud. It starts the flame of greed in a person and makes him mentally distorted for rest of his life. It is better to keep away from such business practices and learn a better way of making money at the cost of your hard work than to rely on some one to make up for your gain at the cost of their loss.

Whether Referral Marketing or Network Marketing is a decent business. This is being projected as if it is a racket. The celebrity models endorsing any product on the media are paid in crores. The print media eulogizes highly paid models. But who is paying these crores? Is it not we the hapless consumers?? Do we get anything in return for using such products? The Referral Marketing or Network Marketing or MLM companies pay good commissions from the huge savings they make by adopting ‘word-of-mouth’ promotion. There is a good number of law abiding companies in this category. QuestNet seems to be one such Company that has not defaulted in their tax obligations to the Government and commission obligations to their business representatives. Perhaps they are in trouble because of a corrupt system that we have today as a corrupt system does not appreciate good compliance. It is a legal business. One can earn if he is sincere and hardworking. Truth will come out soon. The Courts in India will render justice.
