I have my periods and I'm going out with my friends today , How do i change when i'm out . What can I do ? I'm nervous ! :(

make sure you are near a bathroom lol.

maybe you should try a tampon and a pad that is extra absorbent.

You should just ask to use the bathroom. It's that simple. Who cares if its a guys' house? Just say, Can I use your bathroom, grab some makeup/lip gloss and reapply before you leave the bathroom.

It'll look like you just went to check your makeup/hair. I do it all the time.
