Question About Action Replay?

i recently bought digimon world dawn and i used and action replay while i was on the first mission and when i got back i told me to go to the union room but when i got there there was a blue gate around the entrance and i stared a new game and i used the AR again and the same thing happened plz some one tell me whats going on?

Action Replay is not reliable because it can mess up your saved file. But the game should go back to normal if you start a new game.
