Your IQ doesn't change with age, so it doesn't matter how old you are.  That would be a very good score on an official test, but that's about average on an internet test - the scores are inflated and the tests are pretty random; not a good test of IQ, but then, nothing it.

Online IQ tests are very inaccurate.  I've scored anywhere from a 123 to a 149 on the ones I tried.  The scoring on them is never correct, because on one test I got every question right but still only scored a 138.

Yes, that is quite good.

I must, however, firmly disagree with eri's answer - having done a lot of reading on cognitive science as well experiencing first hand a change in my IQ. The brain is malleable and it undergoes physiological change with every piece of information you are exposed to. In the few seconds it takes you to read this sentence thousands of neurons in your brain will have rewired their synaptic pathways. While you're unlikely to turn into Stephen Hawking or Dan Quayle, you will find that your IQ can increase or decrease depending on how active you are.

122 is a good score, but it is important to know how you received this score.  A valid cognitive evaluation by a psychologist is the only score that should be considered to  be accurate.  An score of 122 would  be above average.
