Are you supposed to do all the exercises they list? Because if you did, it would end up lasting quite a deal longer than 30-40 minutes, which is the time frame you're supposed to complete weightlifting sessions in.

    and sometimes i hit 30-40 minutes but rarely maybe like triceps or something but thats about it

    leg days are like an hour and longer...so i really dont get it at all i just do it and it works

    try to make it intense though...
