Question About Myxertones...Ringtones?

I have an Iphone and got the text message to open the ringtone. I started downloading it and a message that said that it could not be supported. One time it did download but didn't show up under my ringtones. I tried again and that same message came up. Help please

  1. it is your carrier verizon? well myxertones can not send ringtones from verizon.

    the only site is ventones.

    you can even can create your own.
