  1. I would do about fifteen minutes a day of hardcore crunches. And after every single week I'll increase the about of crunches by 10 or 15. I also did some hardcore weighted crunches and tons of cardio and a real strike diet of protein, water, fruits veggies and lean meats like chicken, turkey, and fish.


  2. First, you need to lose fat.

    Second, you need to thicken your abs with heavy weighted exercises.

    Third, you need time. It's going to take 1-2 months using the guidelines below to really see your abs popping out, as long as you have sufficiently low bodyfat.

    Train your abs every other day for at least 15 minutes. Add weight to every exercise that you do by holding it behind your head, on your chest, or by using a machine. You want to be completing sets of 7-12 reps, rather than the 20, 50, or 100 reps that are normally associated with crunches and situps. Oh, that's another thing... don't waste your time with crunches. You want to be rotating, sitting up, and really using some compound ab training exercises.

  5. It is a 2 part thing.  You cant do 100 crunches a day and expect results.

    You have to cut down on junk food eat less calories and eat a lot more protein.

    So a good diet as well as a lot of exersise. Including cardiovascular.
