im new to this and not sure what it means buy taking your pills on day 3-7??? when are these days are they the days after your period or on your period or what??? so confused.

Hi,

First day of period equals cycle day #1.  On days 3-7 after the first day of your period, start your Clomid.  You should have intercourse every other day on days 11-20 of your cycle.  Your doctor should have you coming back in on or around day 21 to take a blood test to see if you have ovulated.  If you did not produce an egg with 50 mg of Clomid, then they will increase your dosage to 100 mg on days 3-7 of your next cycle.

Day 1 is the day you start your period.  It's the first day of your cycle.  If you start your period on Monday, you'd take the pills Wed through Sunday.  Good Luck honey.
