  1. I'd choose mon-thurs 8-1 and have the child in a preschool-centered childcare.  They would need preschool anyway, this will just be like 2-3 hours longer.  Or if you do mon- Friday 8-12, you could probably find a preschool that does preschool most of that time (one with childcare as well), and then go home for lunch together.  The mon-fri 8-11 wouldn't be that great b/c it b like a waist, so I'd do one of the other 2, and your kid will like getting to play with the other kids.  It's not as bad to be in half-day daycare than full time, and in short time frames like this is good for the social aspect.

  2. My choice is Mon to Friday, 8 to 11.  For one thing, it is a regular sked and you dont have to remember any other sked.  You can have early lunch for the kid.  And most important, it is for less money.

  3. Here's the thing - a few hours in daycare isn't going to hurt your child. In fact, it will actually be good for a 3 or 4 year old to get some socialization, sing some songs and do some crafts. So I would choose one of the first two options. The way I would pick is by finding out when the daycare naptime is and pick your child up just before nap so he or she could sleep at home or spend some fun time with you.

  4. I'd choose the one that offered what I feel is the best for my children.

I don't care much for schedules, or the money. I would be willing to pay for the best care for my children.
