Question... High School Team?

Question

Ok, so I'm on my high schools equestrian team... and I like most of the girls on the team... but theres a few I can't stand, and they can't stand me.

Girl 1 -- Thinks she should win every class she goes in.. and I'm not gonna lie, she is pretty good.. and she's such a snob to everyone. Even the adults notice.

Girl 2 -- Also thinks she's the best, when..I don;t want to be mean... but she;s not. She treats her mother, sister, and brother.. and even her horses horrible.

Girl 3- was the coaches favorite.. until i made the team. (not being conceited.. not at all) but now she hates me b/c she was pushed out of the limelight....

I'm going to be a freshman, so i'll be the low man on the totem pole.. but i want a TEAM, not a group of enemies working against each other.

any ideas on how to deal with these girls?

oh, i know how you feel!

when i was just in 6th grade, i started swimming with a local highschool team, i was that good. and i swam with them in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. you can imagine how much they hated me. i was the only person who swam with them that wasnt a highschooler. i didn't compete with them, i just practiced with them, and competed as a middleschooler. i had NO friends at the highschool practice, and i put up with it.

i am now a freshman also! so i get to swim with highschool, and actually be one of them. all i can say is give them PLENTY of respect, and if you ever have a "question" [starts light conversation] ask an upperclassman with a smile, and if they answer, be likee THANKS!!! :DDDDDDDDDD

lol. good luck, by now, all the upperclassmen know me, and have learned to put up with me, because they know i'm sure not going anywhere, and i'm here to stay. :]]

ok well i can see that your having a difficult time dealing wiht them,

however nothings always gunna work out the way you want it too, i can give you some advice but its you that has to do something based on what you think is right.

The easiest thing to do is to ignore their personality, like theirs ppl out their who will bug you and hate you for even maybe the rest of their lives, but just ignore them, be like heey good job today, you did good, and yeaa, for girl number 2 be like thats a animal you cant keep hurting it like that, and then go tell a coach, thats animal cruelty, girl 3 be like heey sorry i stole you limelight, i didnt mean to, i just want to do good and thats all, i really dont want to be in it, so im sorry, and then go talk to the coach and be like, hi coach, i just wanna talk for a sec. i came into this competition wanting to do a good job, but i dont want t be a 'favorite' i want everyone being treated equally, and i just want to do good and thats all.
