Question: Mayans?

The Mayans new all about weather and patterns. Do you think that if they new mathematics that they could figure out that if the pattern of weather and changes keep on going in a pattern that the climate is going to be officially changed all over by 2012.

i think that climate change and 2012 will come together. The world as we know it will end, life will be very different, which to me suggests little ice age

Look! LOL They had to stop somewhere. Who says that they didn't stop because they were wiped out before they had a chance to add to their calander. We don't know why they stopped at 2012. Maybe they just got tired. LOL

Mankind is foolish if it believes that every thing always stays the same . One day it will know that all things change and to be prepared mentally as well as physical .

the Mayans were great mathematicians look at the pyramids they built,the water and sewage systems they had for there cities I don't think that mathematics has a lot to do with weather forecasting

december 21 2012 (end of the mayan calender also been suggested its the end of the world) has been predicted as the end of the world by many diff prophets/psychics and even some computer program in the early 90s but a global weather phenomena i don't think that'll be the end of the world i'd have to say a gamma ray burst is gonna kill us all

I doubt the Mayans had the know-how to predict future climatic conditions with accuracy, other than based on guesswork.  We have no capability to do that these days.

I'm not worried at all over 2012, it'll just be another year.
